3 Terrorists were killed in an IBO, 2 Soldiers embraced Shahdat, ISPR

GILGIT: Three wanted terrorists were killed by the security forces in a successful Intelligence Base Operation in Tarel valley in village Gayyal near Challas in Gilgit-Baltistan today.

According to the statement issued by the Inter-Services-Public-Relations (ISPR), neutralized terrorists were involved in attacks on the Civil Transport, Tourists and Security Forces on Karakoram Highway.

Two Security Forces personnel also embraced Shahadat in an exchange of fire. Security Forces cordoned the area and search operation continue. 

On the other hand, last night, five terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with Security forces in Darmu Drab Pass, Khyber Agency.

According to the ISPR, Terrorists attempted to fire raid security forces check post. Troops valiantly responded and foiled terrorists' attempt.

Dead bodies in the custody of security forces, being handed over to Political Administration.
